About the role

Serco is seeking a Resourcer to connect people with employment and training opportunities across Wales. You will assess candidate suitability, support through the recruitment journey and help employers find the right talent.

You’ll work closely with Strategic Account Managers to fulfil vacancy requirements and build a robust candidate pipeline, while maintaining accurate records in CRM and recruitment software. This is a home-based role with travel to multiple sites.
