Requirements * Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, Level 3 Health & Social Care or Level 4 CYPF qualification * Minimum 1 year's experience within Children's Residential Care or Youth Work * Knowledge of safeguarding and children's legislation * Full UK Driving Licence * EBD experience The Role * Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people * Promote positive outcomes and independence * Support education, activities and routines * Work as part of a dedicated residential care team * Maintain accurate records and reports * Package * Starting salary £37,275.89 * Salary increase following successful probation * Sleep-ins included * Average 10 shifts per month * 360 hours annual leave entitlement * Comprehensive training and development
