This role involves working closely with pupils who require additional support to manage behaviour and remain engaged in learning. As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Implementing behaviour management and de-escalation strategies Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in lessons Helping students develop social and emotional skills Collaborating with teaching staff and SEN professionals Creating a structured and supportive classroom environmentThis role is ideal for candidates with experience in education, youth work, coaching, or care.
