Situated in the heart of the West End, this role offers exposure to one of Londons most vibrant and diverse residential markets.

You will work with a broad mix of clients from owner-occupiers to international buyersacross Covent Garden, Soho, Bloomsbury, and the wider Central London market.

The Role You will take ownership of a busy and competitive sales pipeline, with responsibilities including: Managing residential sales across Covent Garden and the wider West End market Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and investors Supporting and progressing toward conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions Negotiating offers with confidence, professionalism, and strong commercial awareness Generating new business through networking, referrals, and local market activity Contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team environment About You To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within Central London A strong track record of achieving targets in a competitive agency environment Excellent negotiation skills and commercial awareness A polished, confident communication style with strong client-facing ability Drive, ambition, and resilience in a fast-paced market Knowledge of Covent Garden, Soho, Bloomsbury, or surrounding areas (highly advantageous) What We Offer The opportunity to work in one of Londons most iconic and high-demand locations Access to a diverse range of stock and a varied client base Clear progression pathways into senior and management roles Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission structure Ongoing training and development within a leading London agency Strong brand presence and marketing support About The Company Chestertons: Established for over 200 years, Chestertons is a successful London-based estate agency with over 30 branches across the capital.
