Salary + offshore daily allowanceScotland Scotland AberdeenshirePermanent Oil & Gas NES Fircroft are supporting a key Oilfield Services client, with up to 3 x Surface Wellhead Field Specialist (FS) roles.These are permanent positions and will predominantly be brought into the business to support various offshore projects in the UK. Occasionally, there may be a need to support within the Aberdeen workshop.Experience wise, the individuals should be competent & have experience working with the likes of Wellheads, Controls or Trees/Completions. Within the role, you will be required to provide technical onsite direction and assistance to the customer in the Operation, Maintenance, Repair and Installation of Wellheads, X-trees and other Wellhead related equipment within the employee’s discipline. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Inventory control of Wellhead related equipment offshoreProvide communication to onshore support and the customer regarding all program activities and problems through accurate, regular and timely reportingControl, Function test, Repair and reporting of necessary maintenance of delivered or rented equipmentPerform all Pressure testing in line with installation and maintenance proceduresAssist and perform preparation of work, status or problem reports to customer or projectAssist in planning of shipping Wellhead equipment from offshore or customer siteAssist and perform stack-up testing, failure investigations and review of NPT occurrencesAssist Engineering/Project Managers with preparation of procedures if requestedLead and assist workshop personnel if requestedAssist with preparation of Maintenance procedures, if requestedComply with & promote Company and Regulatory HSE requirements and procedures  Ensure the Daily Operation Report is updated and handover to relevant offshore personnel  With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
