Counterbalance FLT Driver Temporary to Permanent | 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) | £13.06 - £13.66 per hour | Immediate Start Introduction Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an FLT Driver on a temporary to permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to support the manufacturing team with loading and unloading goods in a busy production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term employment with immediate starts available. Key Duties Offload deliveries safely and efficiently. Issue materials and packaging to the production team. Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck. Maintain housekeeping standards, keeping work areas safe, clean, and organised. Requirements Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence. Previous experience in a similar role. Flexible and able to work a rotating shift pattern. Reliable with a strong awareness of health and safety. Shift Pattern & Pay 4 days on / 4 off / 4 nights on rotation. Day shifts 6am - 6pm. Night shifts 6pm - 6am. £13.06-£13.66 per hour What We Offer Temporary to permanent opportunity.
