B2C Marketing Manager | Preston | Hybrid | £50,000-£55,000
A fast-growing, private equity-backed healthcare business is looking for a
Marketing Manager
to join its expanding marketing team. This is a
patient-focused, digitally led role , responsible for driving awareness, acquisition and revenue from individuals choosing to access private healthcare, whether through private medical insurance or self-pay. The role You'll lead the development and delivery of the B2C marketing plan, creating high-performing digital campaigns that attract, convert and retain patients. Working across digital, CRM, content, partnerships and local market activity, you'll turn customer insight into measurable commercial growth and ensure the brand and value proposition are consistently communicated throughout the customer journey. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute the integrated B2C marketing plan. Lead digital acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, organic, email and other relevant channels. Drive patient acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue growth. Use CRM, segmentation and automation to improve engagement and conversion. Manage campaign budgets, agencies and external partners. Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise activity against ROI and commercial targets. Develop local, partnership and referral opportunities to support growth. What we're looking for Strong experience in B2C campaign management. Proven experience delivering multi-channel digital acquisition campaigns. Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion and performance marketing. Commercially minded, data-driven and confident working with marketing analytics. Experience managing budgets, agencies and external suppliers. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and digital campaign reporting. Excellent project management and stakeholder skills. Experience in healthcare, private healthcare, financial services or another regulated/high-consideration sector would be advantageous. Experience using AI-enabled marketing and content tools is a plus. Package & location Preston
