About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment. Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and participation. Support children with a range of learning needs, including SEN where required. The Ideal Candidate Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
