Commercial Litigation Associate

Jameson Legal is instructed on a new Commercial Litigation role at the 4-6 PQE level with our client, a dynamic and entrepreneurial law firm, which advises an impressive client base ranging from startups and private investors to global corporations, household names and family offices.Known for its sector expertise and collaborative culture, the team offers high-quality work, strong career progression and a supportive environment, where people are encouraged to grow and to succeed.The Commercial Litigation group advises clients across sectors including media, technology, telecoms, private capital, property, financial services, entertainment and retail.You will manage a varied caseload of disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder and fraud-related matters, while also supporting larger litigation and arbitration cases.Key responsibilities include:Conducting legal research and delivering strategic adviceDrafting correspondence, pleadings, evidence, and applicationsLiaising with counsel, experts, and clientsAttending client meetings, mediations, and hearingsSupporting business development and marketing initiatives.You will be confident managing matters independently, while working collaboratively within a team.
