Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - SEMH & Autism Specialist Setting Enfield | September 2026 Start | Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly supportive specialist school in Enfield to recruit dedicated Learning Support Assistants for September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for compassionate, resilient and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). The school provides a nurturing and highly personalised learning environment for pupils who require specialist support to overcome barriers to learning and achieve success both academically and socially. Staff work collaboratively to create a safe, structured and positive environment where every child is encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.
