The Role As a key member of our production team, youll: Prepare moulds by applying release agents to ensure flawless production Hand laminate pre-preg materials with accuracy and attention to detail Safely de-mould cured components, protecting both parts and tooling Inspect finished products to ensure they meet exacting quality standards Follow and uphold our quality management systems The Candidate Eligibility to work in the UK, no sponsorship is available Must be able to commute to site with their own vehicle due to the rural location Highly methodical, precise, and quality-driven Experienced in working from technical drawings and specifications Skilled at minimising material waste and working efficiently Able to manage their workload and meet deadlines Calm under pressure with a proactive approach to problem-solving Confident communicators with strong attention to detail Comfortable escalating issues when needed What Youll Get Competitive pay starting from £14.50/hour (depending on experience) £25 per shift allowance Premium overtime rates 22 days holiday bank holidays Company pension scheme Employee wellness programme Why Join KS Composites?
