Residential QA & Section Manager — Freelance (12–15 wks)

Fawkes and Reece are seeking an experienced Temporary Section Manager for a residential project in Cardiff. This freelance opportunity has an initial duration of 12-15 weeks with potential for extension.

Responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance, managing 1st and 2nd Fix works, and coordinating subcontractors. Candidates should have proven experience in residential developments and strong QA skills. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are preferred.
