GHH Support and Wellbeing Advisor

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Support & Wellbeing Advisor to join a specialist organisation supporting veterans and individuals with complex needs on a 6 month agency contract. The role would suit candidates with backgrounds in wellbeing, social care, welfare, housing support, community support, advocacy or case management. Location: Glasgow Contract: 6 Months Initially Rate: £26-28ph Umbrella Hours: Full Time 37.5 Hours Key responsibilities include: - Managing a varied caseload of service users - Providing holistic wellbeing and welfare support - Supporting vulnerable individuals, including those in crisis - Working alongside statutory and third sector partners - Delivering trauma-informed support plans - Maintaining accurate case records and outcome reporting Candidates with experience in any of the following environments are encouraged to apply: - Veterans services - Housing support - Mental health/community support - Welfare rights - Social Care - Complex needs support To be considered, you should have: - Previous case management/support experience - Experience supporting vulnerable adults or complex needs clients - Strong safeguarding awareness - Excellent communication and partnership working skills Eden Brown Synergy is an equal opportunities employer.
