About you

• Qualified member of a recognised professional accounting body (e.g., ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial management, governance, and liaising with auditors
• Knowledge of public sector financial frameworks and regulations
• Available at short notice

What you'll do

• Responsible for financial management throughout the organisation
• Management of transactional processes
• Oversee financial controls, risk management, and compliance with funding standards
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure value for money
• Prepare annual accounts and liaise with auditors
• Support strategic financial planning and stakeholder engagement
