Location: Heston, Hounslow
A large, well-established primary school in the Heston area is seeking an ambitious and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2026.

The Role
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for a Key Stage 1 class, delivering engaging and challenging lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their best. You will work closely with a supportive year group team, sharing ideas, resources, and best practice to ensure pupils make strong progress across the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum
Creating a calm, structured, and stimulating classroom environment
Using assessment effectively to drive pupil progress
Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
Outstanding behaviour management skills
Excellent subject knowledge across the primary curriculum
Ability to motivate and inspire young learners
Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
