Whether you already have school-based experience or have supported children in another setting, we'd love to hear from you. The Role You'll provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and successfully participate in school life. You may be supporting pupils with: *Autism (ASD) *ADHD *Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) *Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs *Moderate Learning Difficulties Other additional learning needs Support may be on a 1:1 basis or within small intervention groups, working closely with class teachers and SENDCOs. We're looking for candidates who: *Have experience supporting children or young people. *Are patient, caring and adaptable. *Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. *Are committed to inclusive education. *Have a genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning.
