These positions offer a fantastic foot in the door with local employers, featuring excellent temporary-to-permanent transfer opportunities ( also straight permanent via interview process ) Available Positions & Requirements Vehicle Wiring Assembler The Role: Sitting at a dedicated workbench, you will be responsible for cutting, stripping, and crimping wires to create complex automotive looms. Ideal Skills: High manual dexterity, excellent attention to detail, and experience using hand-crimping tools. Mechanical Assembler The Role: Working on a fast-paced production line assembling components. Ideal Skills: Confident using manual hand tools (spanners, screwdrivers, wrenches) and the ability to thrive under targets. Medical Machine Assembler The Role: High-precision assembly work conducted inside a sterile cleanroom environment. Ideal Skills: Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles. High focus on quality and cleanliness protocols. Engineering Calibre Assembler The Role: A physical, hands-on role constructing large industrial sub-assemblies.
