Direct Entry Captain – Multi‐Fleet, UK Bases

As a Direct Entry Captain at Loganair, you’ll command safe, efficient regional operations across our multi‑fleet network, setting the tone for teamwork and excellence on every sector. NTR: comprehensive type and differences training is provided.

• Lead multi‑crew operations in full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Make timely, sound decisions under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional cockpit environment.
• Foster positive, open communication and collaboration across flight and cabin crew.
• Champion a proactive safety culture, reporting and managing risks effectively.
• Deliver a warm, professional customer experience representative of Loganair’s values.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• License: ATPL
• Accepted licenses: UK CAA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
• Type rating: Not required (training provided)
• Recent command experience: Currently or recently operated in command on a multi‑crew aircraft (MTOW > 10t or 19+ pax)
• Right to work: Right to live and work in the UK (sponsorship not available)

🌟 Desirable

• Preferred type ratings: Valid ERJ 145 or ATR 42/72
