Construction Headhunters 60,000 + Package London Permanent Full-time About our client: Contracts Manager - ConstructionOur client is one of London’s leading passive fire contractors, working across a broad client base including, commercial buildings, banks, hospitals, restaurants etc. The business has a turnover in the region of 15M, delivering projects ranging anywhere from 20K-2M. The organisation has recently experienced further growth and due to recent wins, is now looking to add a Contracts Manager of their project management team.About the role: Contracts Manager - ConstructionThe Contracts Manager position will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of projects from site start up to completion. There is a broad team of QS’ and Estimators that can back up various parts of the project and the role will be responsible for managing all day-to-day site activities and liaising with the client. The role will report directly into the Head of Contracts and play a key role in continuing to grow the organisations fantastic reputation.Key Responsibilities: Contracts Manager - Construction– Managing day-to-day site activity and acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders– Manage all site trades, both direct and sub-contract labour– Be responsible for site budgetExperience Required: Contracts Manager - ConstructionYou will have previous experience of delivering passive fire projects.
