Project Manager

Recruit with Purpose are working with a leading UK housing association to find an experienced EDRMS Project Manager to take ownership of a complex, high-profile migration from their existing Electronic Document & Records Management System to SharePoint.

This is a hands-on PM role you'll be stepping in to drive delivery from day one, working closely with technical teams, information management stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure a smooth, compliant transition.

What you'll be doing:

• Taking the lead on end-to-end delivery of the EDRMS to SharePoint migration project
• Overseeing project planning, governance, risk, and stakeholder management
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across IT, records management, and the business
• Managing timelines, budgets, and dependencies to keep the programme on track
• Reporting progress to senior leadership and executive sponsors
• Ensuring data integrity, compliance, and minimal disruption throughout

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience delivering EDRMS migration or information management projects
• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint (Online or On-Prem) as a target platform
• A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology programmes
• Experience in housing, local government, or regulated sectors is a strong advantage
• Confident communicator able to engage at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite
• PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent project management qualification preferred

• Duration: 12-month contract
• IR35: Outside IR35
• Working pattern: Hybrid
• Day rate: Negotiable
