Painter and Decorator £200 per day (Own Van) Long Term Work Regen Solution are currently looking for experienced Painters and Decorators to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector. The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied properties in the Kent area. Main duties include; - Carry out all aspects of internal and external painting and decorating Prepare surfaces including filling, sanding, stripping and priming Apply paints, stains, varnishes and other finishes to a professional standard Complete works within agreed timescales while maintaining quality workmanship Social Housing experience, full tools and your own van is essential for this Painter and decorator role.
