Client Services Administrator, Legal - Jersey

Our client, a respected organisation in St Helier, Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our client's team within their Client Services Legal function. This permanent position offers the opportunity to support legal and real estate-related services, focusing on high-quality administration, communication, and data integrity while contributing to the smooth running of client operations. Key Skills and Experience Administration- Providing organised, accurate support across day-to-day tasks, documentation, and client files. Communications- Clear written and verbal communication, liaising professionally with clients and colleagues. Data Inputting- Precise and timely data entry, maintainingaccurate records and systems. Due Diligence- Assisting with checks and reviews to support compliance and risk management. Jersey Knowledge- Awareness of the Jersey environment and local regulatory context is beneficial.
