Pay Rates: £425 per day.
Information the Role
We are seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to lead a CQC-regulated Short Breaks Service supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
This is a key leadership role requiring a strong and visible manager who can ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for the management of a CQC-regulated service
Ensure compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards and relevant legislation
Lead safeguarding, risk management, governance, and incident response processes
Manage and develop staff teams to deliver outstanding care and support
Maintain high standards of care, safety, and service quality
Oversee care planning, record keeping, audits, and performance monitoring
Manage service delivery in line with operational and budgetary requirements
Build effective relationships with families, professionals, and partner agencies
Support continuous service improvement and positive outcomes for service users
Essential Requirements:
Experience as a Registered Manager or in a comparable senior leadership role within adult social care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, inspection frameworks, and compliance requirements
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
Proven safeguarding, risk management, and governance experience
Strong leadership, staff management, and service delivery skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound operational decisions
Enhanced DBS required
Participation in an on-call rota may be required
Desirable
Experience of service improvement, stabilisation, or turnaround projects
Availability to start at short notice
