Distributing across Northern Ireland's automotive aftermarket and fabrication sector, our reputation for our core value of customer service is recognised throughout our customer base The Position: We are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent Counter Sales Parts Advisor in our Mallusk Branch.

Job Ref: CSPA/10/05/26 Closing Date: 27/09/2026 Hours You will work 40 Hours per week, working between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30 Monday to Friday.

In addition you will be required to work alternate Saturday's between 09:00 and 13:00.

Job Role: The purpose of the role will be to help maximise sales by establishing excellent relationships with existing and new customers to assist in the achievements of the branch sales and profit targets.

The successful applicant will work as part of a team dealing with a variety of sectors, predominantly automotive but also including engineering customers.

The range of customer enquiries is very wide and contact is both at the counter and over the phone.

Main Duties: To maximise sales for the branch Handle parts requirements of customers through counter service and sales To service customers promptly and efficiently, ensuring all parts are supplied and invoiced correctly To work within a team and to communicate and liaise with other team members Warehouse duties
- receiving, checking and storing incoming deliveries.

Picking, packing and dispatching orders.
