Google Ads Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our growing remote team. Responsibilities * Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube. * Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPA and conversion rates. * Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager. * Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis. * Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations. Requirements * 3+ years of Google Ads experience. * Strong understanding of GA4 and Google Tag Manager. * Experience managing advertising budgets of £5,000+ per month. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
