Care Coordinator From £27,000 + bonus & shared on‑call | Full‑time, Mon–Fri The Role: We’re recruiting a care coordinator to manage rotas, support clients and families, and ensure smooth delivery of person‑centred home care. Based in Heywood with travel across the Northwest. Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle required.
