Blue Arrow is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our established Newport branch and play a key role in growing our successful Driving and Logistics division.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business and delivering first-class recruitment solutions to clients across the transport and logistics sector.
Whether you're an experienced recruiter or have a background in sales, customer service, logistics or transport, we'll provide the tools, support and development needed to help you succeed.
The Opportunity
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process while developing your own client portfolio and candidate network.
Your responsibilities will include:
? Generating new business opportunities within the Driving and Logistics market
? Building long-term partnerships with transport and operations professionals
? Sourcing, interviewing and placing HGV, LGV and professional driving candidates
? Managing temporary workforce requirements for key clients
? Delivering service reviews and identifying growth opportunities
? Ensuring compliance and right-to-work standards are maintained
? Supporting clients with workforce planning and recruitment strategy
? Growing existing accounts through exceptional service delivery
