New Homes Sales Adviser – Benenden, Kent Job Type: Ongoing Temporary / Contract Hours: Thursday to Monday, 9:00am – 4:00pm Start: Immediate Benefits: Competitive temporary rate + Commission + Home-to-Work Mileage PW Construction Recruitment are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join an established residential developer on an attractive development in Benenden, Kent. This is an ongoing assignment for someone who can become a consistent presence on site, take ownership of the sales operation and help drive the remaining homes through to successful sell-out. The Role You will manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion, including meeting and qualifying prospective purchasers, conducting viewings and presentations, following up leads and securing reservations. You will maintain accurate CRM records, liaise with solicitors and mortgage advisers, progress sales through exchange and completion and proactively work towards the development’s sales targets. About You Previous New Homes Sales Adviser experience is essential. You should be confident managing a sales office, working autonomously and taking responsibility for the full sales process. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required, together with a proactive, target-driven approach. Candidates must be available to work Thursday to Monday, 9:00am–4:00pm, including every weekend. In addition to a competitive temporary rate, the successful candidate will receive commission on sales plus home-to-work mileage. Immediate start available.
