- £65,000 a year Your new company A specialist investment manager focused on delivering long-term financial returns by investing in global structural themes.
The business deploys capital across areas such as natural capital, the energy transition, social impact and growth capital, offering access to alternative assets while partnering closely with clients to meet both financial and sustainability objectives.
Your new role Reporting to the Group Finance Director, this role leads group FP&A across planning, forecasting and performance analysis, supporting better decision-making through scalable, data-driven and AI-enabled finance processes as the business grows internationally.
Own group budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, including variance analysis and insight Deliver strategic financial modelling (3-5 year plans) to support decision-making Partner with senior stakeholders to understand performance drivers, risks and opportunities Support M&A through financial modelling, scenario analysis and integration planning Lead development of group KPIs and consistent performance reporting across geographies Produce board and investor-level analysis that is concise and commercially focused Improve FP&A through automation and AI, embedding scalable processes for international growth What you'll need to succeed Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance or transaction services within a complex, growing business Advanced financial modelling skills across forecasting, planning and scenario analysis Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow and value drivers Experience supporting M&A, integration and change Confident working with senior stakeholders and presenting xwzovoh clear, structured analysis What you'll get in return Competitive salary and discretionary bonus Pension scheme and comprehensive benefits package Hybrid and flexible working arrangements Generous annual leave allowance Private healthcare and wellbeing support What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
