We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for this fabulous, beachside, Michelin starred restaurant near Swansea. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will lead you team to ensure a seamless service is maintained at all times as well as deputise for the Restaurant Manager
The Perks
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you can look forward to the following:
Package of up to £42,000 including gratuities and pension
Gratuities are shared evenly through a Tronc system and currently amounts to 10k to 12k per annum per employee.
4 day working week.
Extra days worked paid.
Company pension.
Eligible to be part of the hotels Employee Profit Share Scheme.
Assistance finding accommodation.
Tailored training and development plan.
Financial support for attaining professional qualifications.

The Person
The Successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will have the following:
Restaurant supervisor experience at a 1 Michelin star or 4 AA Rosette level.
Genuine and sincere nature with a real passion for customer service.
Confident in world wines and spirits.
Natural confidence and first-class interpersonal skills.
Brilliant team player able to lead by example on the floor.
A resilient nature with an ability to work under pressure.
Ability to resolve guest issues calmly and effectively.
