We are working with a leading Silver Circle law firm, seeking a mid-level Tax Associate to join its growing London practice.

Sitting with the wider corporate offering, the team advises on a broad mix of UK and cross-border corporate and commercial tax matters, with particular strength across real estate, funds, corporate transactions and infrastructure.

The role offers exposure to technically sophisticated advisory and transactional work. You will advise corporate and commercial clients on domestic and international tax matters, draft structuring papers and complex advice, and negotiate tax provisions within SPAs and tax deeds.

Key Requirements:

• 2-5 years' PQE gained within a strong international or City tax practice.
• Experience across corporate and commercial tax matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical and technical tax skills. xwzovoh
• Confidence managing transactions and working directly with clients and other advisers.
