Role Overview The Team Leader (Night Shift) will play a key role in leading an operative-level team and will be accountable for health & safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery standards within the area. This is a hands-on leadership position within a fast-paced FMCG environment, supporting operational excellence and team development.
