About the role
Lloyds is seeking a seasoned Design Lead to guide a multidisciplinary team within Experience Design. You will lead, shape, and own design output for a core product area, presenting decisions with clear rationale to internal customers and stakeholders.
You will shape experience strategy, understand customer needs, and ensure alignment with engineering priorities. The role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and exceptional communication to drive cross-functional collaboration.
