Agency:CrederaJob Function:ConsultingJob Subfunction: Technology ConsultingJob Description:Responsibilities & Duties• Provide guidance and support to Technical Architects and Technical Leads to enable them to provide leadership and ensure their team meet BrightGen best practices• Provide guidance and support to the wider Technical Delivery Team• Contribute towards continuous improvements of the roles and responsibilities within the Technical Delivery Team• Contribute to the implementation of and ongoing improvements to career progression and planning for each Technical Delivery Team member and support ongoing reviews• Contribute to the definition of and ongoing improvements to the onboarding approach, assets and mentoring for new Technical Delivery Team members• Define training needs for Technical Delivery Team members• Define recruitment needs for the Technical Delivery Team• Support HR team with recruitment activities - i.e. telephone screenings, face-to-face interviews• Ensure certifications and up to date knowledge of Salesforce releases are maintained and provide support and guidance to Technical Delivery Team members to achieve this• Deliver Lunch and Learn Sessions and support/guide others in presenting sessions• Ensure identified reusable assets (design patterns, principles, technical components) are actioned• Drive improvements in technical templates, clearly setting out the objectives and purpose of the document including examples to ensure consistency in delivery• Responsible for enabling Peer Reviews across Projects• Responsible for reviewing/approving proposed solutions/solutions changes from the Technical Architects and Technical Leads• Work with the BrightGen Service Manager sto determine a smooth transition process from project delivery into Service Management • Attending Pre-Sales engagements and collaborating with Sales and Pre-Sales Teams to ensure appropriate solution, associated estimates and timescales are achievable are provided to the customer Experience and Key CompetencyQualities for SuccessTeam Leadership• Promote positive and professional team behaviours by example• Act as role model to team members• Look for, promote and progress opportunities to improve the way the team works • Be a point of escalation for Technical Delivery Team members• Responsible for the satisfaction and retention of the Technical Delivery Team members KnowledgeCertification• Certified Technical Architect (desirable)• Certified System Architect• Certified Application Architect• Certified Sales Consultant• Certified Service Consultant• Channel Specialism - Marketing Cloud / Pardot / CPQ / Einstein Analytics / Community Cloud• Platform Developer II• Platform Developer I• Certified App Builder• Certified Administrator• Deep understanding of declarative and coded approaches and appropriate application• Expert knowledge of Lightning Component (desirable)• Expert knowledge of sharing and security on the Salesforce platform• Deep understanding of Single Sign On solutions Communication• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including C-Level executives• Honesty and openness Commercial Awareness• Full understanding of impacts to the commercial position Lifecycle Knowledge• Full understanding of the Credera Delivery Approach• Ability to identify gaps and issues Project Experience• Experience in overseeing multiple concurrent projects across multiple clients• Has led multiple technical deliveries for teams consisting of 5 or more members• Experience of designing enterprise scale solutions including multiple Salesforce clouds, integration (including middleware) and migrating large volumes of data
