Staff Product Engineer

Build the thing enterprises have been waiting for (and ship it in days, not quarters.
Enterprise software is where great engineering goes to slow down. You’ve probably lived it: roadmaps that stretch across quarters, decisions buried in process, and more time spent navigating bureaucracy than writing code.
This company is ending that.
They’re building the AI operating platform that lets large organisations move like a startup. Think AI agents, intelligent workflows and complex orchestration, wired directly into how enterprise teams actually work.
And it’s working. They’ve raised 70m+ from top-tier investors, found strong product-market fit, and are quietly becoming one of the most impressive breakout AI businesses in Europe.
Here’s the part that matters to you: the team is still small. So your work isn’t a rounding error, it’s the product.
What your days look like:

• Shipping ideas in days, not months
• Working across the full stack, close to the real problems
• Building alongside the founders and a world-class engineering team
• Talking directly to customers, then watching your code go live inside large-scale organisations

What you’ll bring:

• Strong fundamentals: Deep comfort in modern languages (Kotlin, TypeScript, Python etc.) and no fear of picking up new ones
• A builder’s DNA: Side projects, startup experience or open source contributions
• AI-native experience: You’ve shipped AI products into production
• Product instinct: You care about the user experience as much as the architecture

You’d be joining at the stage where a handful of engineers can still shape the entire trajectory of the business. High ownership, fast pace, and the best builders around you. This is the kind of environment careers are made in. On top of that: excellent compensation, meaningful equity.
