SC-Cleared Non-Functional Test Lead | Leeds | Hybrid | Inside IR35My client is seeking an SC-cleared Non-Functional Test Lead to join a forward-thinking team. You will bring proven experience in the following areas:Around three years’ experience leading performance testing with JMeterAzure / Cloud (ADF would be useful but not essential)OAT and Functional Test Automation – tools such as Selenium, Playright, Cucumber in an Agile environmentYou will design and execute performance, load and stress tests using JMeter, LoadRunner or Gatling, ensuring that testing aligns with the performance strategy and agreed non-functional requirements. Working closely with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, monitor systems with Grafana and Splunk, and use diagnostics tools such as New Relic and Dynatrace. Later, you’ll integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and drive improvements to ensure robust, scalable systems across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. If you have current SC clearance and the relevant non-functional testing experience, please apply to discuss the role and working arrangements.
