Our client, an organisation in central Derby, are looking for a credit controller for an immediate start to help out with their Local Authority ledger. You could be based at home for this role.

Description

Manage credit control activity to keep customer account information accurate and current.
Review outstanding balances and follow up on payments in a timely manner.
Maintain clear records of customer contact, payment updates and account queries.
Investigate account discrepancies and work towards practical resolutions.
Update finance records accurately to support reliable reporting.
Respond to customer queries professionally and provide clear information on balances.
Work with the Accounting & Finance department to resolve payment-related issues.Profile

A successful 'Credit Controller' should have:

Experience of credit control and managing outstanding customer balances.
The ability to maintain accurate financial records and payment information.
Confidence investigating account queries and discrepancies.
A clear and professional approach to communicating with customers.
Good attention to detail when updating finance systems and records.
The ability to organise tasks effectively within a temporary Credit Controller role.Job Offer

Temporary Credit Controller contract in Derby (but can work from home)
