They are looking to welcome a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to their team, someone who is enthusiastic about supporting young children’s development and creating an engaging, inspiring space for learning.

What we’re looking for

• A recognised Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years
• Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
• An understanding of play based learning approaches
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A strong knowledge of quality Early Years practice
• A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential
• A positive, team focused attitude

Key responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a group of key children, ensuring their progress is observed, assessed, and supported
