Team Leader - Specialist Neurorehabilitation Location: Kerwin Court, Horsham Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: Up to £15.21 per hour + £1.00 per hour location allowance Lead a Team That Changes Lives Brainkind is one of the UK's leading neurological care and rehabilitation charities. We're looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader to join our specialist neurorehabilitation service at Kerwin Court, Horsham. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll lead and support Rehabilitation Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for adults with acquired brain injuries, helping them achieve greater independence and improved quality of life. About the Role As Team Leader, you will: * Lead, motivate and supervise a team of Rehabilitation Support Workers * Ensure high standards of person-centred care and rehabilitation support * Support staff development through coaching and supervision * Work closely with clinical colleagues to achieve rehabilitation goals * Promote independence, choice and positive outcomes for the people we support * Support safeguarding, health & safety and service quality standards About You You'll have: * NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve within 12 months) * Experience within a care, support or rehabilitation setting * Previous supervisory experience or readiness to step into a leadership role * Strong communication and organisational skills * A passion for supporting people to maximise their independence What We Offer * Up to £15.21 per hour + £1.00 per hour location allowance * 33 days annual leave including bank holidays * Buy and sell up to 5 days annual leave * Health Cash Plan * Employee Assistance Programme * Ongoing training and career development * Company pension and life assurance * Free on-site parking * Long Service Awards and recognition schemes Apply Now If you're looking for a rewarding leadership role where you can make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.
