Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Basingstoke for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the implementation and management of quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities include conducting quality audits, developing and maintaining quality processes, , and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. xwzovoh The role also involves analyzing data to identify trends and proposing actionable solutions to enhance product quality. In addition to Sales , there will be an element of back office and sales contract review .

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Compliance standards and protocols
• Proficiency in auditing, process management, and quality systems implementation
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and identifying systemic issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in relevant Quality Management Software and tools
• Experience in the manufacturing and metals industry is a significant advantage
