Repairs Surveyor

Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a local provider of affordable housing, registered social landlord and not for profit developer, to appoint an experienced repairs Surveyor to their busy Assets team on a long term temporary basis. * You will inspect homes for repairs, damp and mould, voids, disrepair, and planned maintenance needs. * You will diagnose building issues, specify remedial works, and monitor contractors to ensure quality, cost control, and compliance. * You will produce technical reports and schedules, ensure all work meets health and safety and regulatory standards, and communicate clearly with tenants throughout. * You will also support wider asset management and long‑term improvement programs
