Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

* Advising clients on a broad range of corporate transactions

* Working on high value mergers and acquisitions

* Working on private equity transactions from inception to completion

* Advising on complex cross border deals

* Drafting and reviewing key transaction documents

* Managing elements of transactions with support from senior lawyers

* Working closely with partners, associates and clients to deliver excellent outcomes

* Building strong client relationships and developing commercial awareness
