About the role

Gatto Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead operations, build a brilliant team and run the lounge like it’s their own. You’ll be responsible for staff development, guest experience and day-to-day management, ensuring the venue remains a welcoming community hub.

You’ll lead from the floor, drive performance on GP, labour, stock and KPIs, and collaborate with the Head Chef to uphold quality.
