Transport Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Transport Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, with weekend cover required. Key Responsibilities * Monitor HGV drivers' driving time, working time and rest periods. * Calculate and monitor daily and weekly rest requirements. * Check tachograph information and identify infringements. * Ensure drivers remain compliant with relevant drivers' hours and Working Time Regulations. * Communicate with drivers and provide transport administration support. Essential Requirements * Previous transport industry experience is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of HGV drivers' hours and tachograph regulations. * Ability to accurately calculate driving time, working time and rest periods. * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. HGV driving experience is highly desirable, although not essential.
