Key Responsibilities:
You'll be working within a busy American-style kitchen serving high volumes throughout the day.
Running your own section during service
Preparing and cooking burgers, fried chicken, BBQ dishes, tacos, and smoked items
Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods
Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times

Previous experience in a similar kitchen role
Passion for American-style food
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
