Landscape lead role

What You Will Be Doing * Leading a small team on residential landscaping projects across Worcestershire * Getting hands on with hard landscaping, paving, fencing, and garden construction * Managing the day to day running of projects, keeping work on programme and on budget * Briefing the team each day, allocating tasks, and maintaining quality throughout * Communicating with clients on site in a professional and confident manner * Ensuring materials are ordered and on site when needed * Maintaining high standards of health and safety across all sites * Reporting progress to the director and flagging any issues early What We Are Looking For * Solid, proven experience in landscape construction hard landscaping, fencing, garden buildings, or similar * Previous experience leading or supervising a team on site * The ability to read a programme and manage your time effectively across a project * A high standard of workmanship and a genuine pride in the finished result * Good communication skills confident talking to clients and managing a team * A practical problem-solver who keeps things moving when challenges arise * Valid UK driving licence * CSCS card desirable What We Offer * Competitive pay that reflects your experience and the responsibility of the role * Work on a wide variety of interesting, high-quality projects * A company that backs its people genuine progression opportunities as we grow * A straightforward team that takes pride in what they build
