E-Commerce & Digital Growth Executive Belfast | Full-Time | Permanent Were working with an established and ambitious Belfast-based business that is undergoing an exciting period of digital growth. As part of this expansion, they are looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Growth Executive to help develop their online presence, drive customer acquisition and maximise digital revenue opportunities. Youll have the opportunity to contribute to the e-commerce strategy, influence the digital product offering and play a key role in improving the customer journey. Youll be involved in developing and delivering the organisations e-commerce and digital marketing strategy across multiple brands and digital platforms. Managing and optimising e-commerce websites, content, landing pages, promotions and merchandising. Developing digital marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement, acquisition and revenue. Supporting SEO, website performance, usability and mobile optimisation. Managing email marketing campaigns and automation. Overseeing organic social media activity and maintaining a consistent brand presence. Developing engaging content, including blogs, campaigns, product launches and brand stories. Supporting the digital marketing calendar and budget. Working closely with internal teams to develop digital products and improve the overall customer experience. Keeping up to date with digital trends, tools and opportunities to continually improve performance. A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business or a related discipline. At least 3 years experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing. Experience with digital marketing automation and email marketing platforms. Strong knowledge of SEO and web publishing.
