SEND Teacher - Specialist Resource Provision Tower Hamlets, East London | Full-Time | ASAP Start MPS1-MPS6 | £214-£277 per day (dependent on experience) SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a qualified SEND Teacher to join a highly inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets. Based within the school's Specialist Resource Provision, you will support pupils with a range of complex SEND needs in a nurturing and structured learning environment. The Role Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs Support pupils' communication, independence and emotional development Work closely with experienced Teaching Assistants and the wider SEND team Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues The School Offers Small classes of up to 10 pupils Dedicated specialist learning spaces Strong SEND support team Collaborative working environment Supportive leadership and inclusive ethos Candidate Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience supporting or teaching pupils with SEND Strong behaviour management and communication skills A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach Commitment to inclusive education Pay and Progression Pay is determined using the national teacher pay scale and ranges from £214-£277 per day (MPS1-MPS6) depending on qualifications, experience and SEND expertise.
