About the role

We're looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to join a fantastic, innovative business and play a key role in converting enquiries, building lasting client relationships and driving repeat business within the corporate and events sector.  This is a relationship-led sales role at the centre of a fast-moving business. You'll manage a live pipeline of enquiries, guide clients through the sales process and help deliver exceptional customer experiences from first contact through to confirmation. About the candidate You will be a confident and personable sales professional who enjoys building relationships and having meaningful conversations with clients. You'll be commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable managing a busy pipeline whilst maintaining excellent service levels. Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 DOE Hours: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Oxford – 3 days office-based, 2 day working from home What you'll do Manage a live pipeline of up to 100 active enquiries Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings Produce accurate proposals and cost estimates tailored to client requirements Build strong relationships through meaningful conversations and a consultative approach Understand client objectives and identify the best solutions to meet their needs Progress enquiries efficiently and proactively through the sales process Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients Re-engage dormant and previous clients to generate repeat business opportunities Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience Follow up with clients to gather feedback and identify future opportunities Represent the business at trade shows and exhibitions Work towards conversion and revenue targets Benefits Hybrid working arrangement Opportunity to join a growing and innovative business Supportive and collaborative team environment Genuine opportunities for development and progression Varied and relationship-focused role with no two days the same If this sounds like your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you — apply today
