Role: Receptionist Location: Glasgow, City Centre (office based)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm

We are a modern, forward-thinking law firm with ambitious growth plans. We are looking for a confident, professional and highly organised Receptionist to join our Glasgow office.
This is not simply a front desk role - it is a key position within the business. Alongside managing reception duties, you will also support our legal teams with essential administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Maintaining a polished, organised and client-ready reception area
Monitoring and responding to shared inboxes
Handling payments securely online and over the phone
Supporting legal teams with administrative duties, including setting up new matters, opening files, and ensuring accurate data entry within case management systems
Assisting with document handling, scanning, and general administrative support as required
Liaising closely with legal and operational teams to ensure smooth workflow
Upholding confidentiality and adhering to all firm policies and procedures
At least 2 years’ experience in a corporate front-of-house or reception role
Good IT skills, including MS Office and telephone systems
Experience within a law firm or professional services environment
Experience using CRM or case management systems
